Hi folks, I took two introductory silk aerial yoga classes and Manny took these pictures of me.  I want to share them with my visitors.  The instructors name is: Sherry Hen, and she is at the Bamboo Garden Yoga, located in Delray Beach, Florida (http:/bamboogardenyoga.com).  It was a terrific experience.  Everyone should try it at least once.
